Christavus, widely recognized as the past personal manager of Scola Dinero, a member of the iconic R&B group Dru Hill, brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the agency.

The professional journey of these two industry leaders began decades ago at a global entertainment convention, where Sonder was a featured speaker. A young Christavus, then in his late teens, attended Sonder’s seminar, an encounter that shaped his future in the industry. Over the years, their mutual respect and shared passion for excellence kept them connected, culminating in Sonder’s invitation to Dominic to join his company.

Christavus Dominic, fondly known as Christavus D, holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the University of Akron, Ohio. With a distinguished career spanning concert promotions, festival organizations, and high-profile fundraising events across the U.S., Dominic’s impact on the entertainment industry is undeniable. Notably, during his time in Akron, he became the first African American on-air personality for 97.5 WONE, “The Home of Rock and Roll.”

Dominic’s impressive career includes negotiating contracts with notable record labels such as Ichiban, Flashpoint, Pookie/Interscope, and SOLAR Records. At Clear Channel International, now iHeartMedia, he managed promotional campaigns for major brands, including Best Buy, Starbucks, Oreo, and Mountain Dew.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dominic has made significant contributions through his nonprofit and volunteer endeavors. He co-founded the Radio Free Entertainment Network on WMVU FM, a platform committed to elevating artists and labels to connect with their audiences. He also spearheads the “Seek the Welfare of the City” concert series, aimed at promoting mental health awareness.

Mark Sonder Productions Entertainment Agency, established in 1985, celebrates four decades as a boutique music, entertainment, and production firm. Renowned for delivering personalized service, the agency specializes in concerts, meetings, conventions, tradeshows, and special events across the U.S. and internationally. Over the years, it has collaborated with celebrated artists such as John Mayer, the late Eddie Money, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Blondie, and Lee Greenwood.

As a trailblazer in the entertainment world, Sonder is also the author of the industry-standard book, Event Entertainment and Production, published by John Wiley & Sons.
